• Fees are payable in advance for each subscription period
• All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in your service agreement
• We may modify pricing with 30 days' written notice
• Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of services

Service Availability

Limitation of Liability

Governing Law

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms and your access to our services at any time with written notice. datastramhubvex may immediately terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to access and use our services will cease immediately
• You remain liable for all fees incurred prior to termination
• We will return or delete your data as specified in your service agreement
• Provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law will survive termination

Force Majeure

datastramhubvex shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, network failures, or other force majeure events.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with your service agreement and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and datastramhubvex regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
